TweetPerhaps y’all remember my sissy workout that i blogged about a few months ago. That was, obviously, a tongue-in-cheek attempt to be flippant about working out and being a sissy. But on this occasion i am serious. Actually i work out a lot to make sure that i can have the stamina to be able to go on cam for an hour or two. It is quite taxing, no not cum taxing, well. not always anyway, to dance for an hour or more. So i use my home gym to try to be able to do a good job for whomever is watching me later on cam. We have a number of devices that i use for this purpose. Two of the best are the tread mill and the elliptical.

These devices really give one a good cardio vascular workout, which give me the stamina to do my cam strip shows. But another thing i use with my Wife is the Wii. There are all kinds of games and activities that help in this regard. But one thing that also is used are workouts on disc that have me walking as much as three miles at a time.In some future update i will post some pics of me actually using the Wii. think those would come out kind of cool. Also, i think i will do a few videos to post at the Clips Store or my site shows this really cool tech tool.

The bad news centers around the out of control wildfires which have devastated a good chunk of southeast Texas. These fires were brought on, as many of you already know, by the long long drought that has dried everything in the state of Texas it seems. Lately, due to the effects of Hurricane Lee, a little to the east, numerous dies, 63 the last time i checked, have spread rapidly and Goddess Nikki, WebGod Mike, their son, and their two dogs were evacuated from their home last night. They have been staying with Goddess Nikki’s parents at the lake house. While they are now, after some frightening moments, safe, their home and property are in serious danger for some time. The dies were finally contained only two blocks from their home today. It is such a relief that their possessions are safe. But it also means that, thankfully, the computers and all of the other hardware and software necessary to continue to bring all of us the updates we all thrive on are safe as well!
